Job summary

Blue Shield of California’s Digital Experience, Design and Content (DEDC) team shapes the user experience of our digital products and websites. The Digital UX Strategist, Consultant will define end-to-end experience strategy across member, provider, employer, and prospect journeys, translating business and customer needs into cohesive, AI-enabled, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 7+ years of prior relevant experience
• Expertise in full-stack product design, including UX, interaction design, visual design, service design, and prototyping using Figma, Angular and AEM

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end experience strategy across complex member, provider, employer, and prospect journeys
• Translate business and customer needs into AI-enabled, scalable design solutions
• Collaborate with other designers and strategists in modern product design and continuous discovery practices
