Responsibilities

• Leads digital transformation efforts by coordinating strategic initiatives that improve processes, experiences, and efficiency.
• Partners with executives and department leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establishes enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Manages transformation project portfolio, aligning with objectives and available resources.
• Oversees capacity planning and resource allocation across departments.
• Develops project plans, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress.
• Creates executive dashboards reporting project status, risks, and business outcomes.
