Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of progressive banking, operations, project management, business transformation, or related experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Bank's digital transformation efforts by coordinating strategic initiatives that improve processes and experiences.
• Partners with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establishes enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Manages transformation project portfolio, aligning with objectives and resources.
• Oversees capacity planning and resource allocation across departments.
• Drives project execution by assembling teams and monitoring progress.
• Develops and maintains project management standards and governance.
• Supports change management with communication and training.
