You will partner with executive leadership to identify and prioritize strategic projects that improve efficiency and customer and employee experiences. You will manage the enterprise project portfolio, oversee capacity planning, define requirements and timelines, and ensure delivery of measurable business value while aligning with regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/IT/PM field required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive banking, operations, PM, or transformation experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• PMI/CSM/Lean Six Sigma or similar certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across business units.
• Coordinate project intake, prioritization, and governance.
• Manage transformation portfolio and resource capacity.
• Define requirements, timelines, and dependencies.
• Develop executive dashboards and status reporting.
