Wpromote is seeking a Sr. Digital Project Manager to own end-to-end programs, partnering with client services and channel teams to deliver high-quality digital initiatives.

You will manage multiple programs, set and measure goals, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced agency environment. This role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to learn new technologies while aligning with PMO templates and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP Certification expected within one year of hire (training covered).
• Ability to autonomously lead project management for any program type.
• Experience mentoring junior project managers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal and external point-of-contact for program operations.
• Ensure operational efficiency of programs and run meetings with action items and recaps.
• Plan, manage, monitor, and control execution of digital initiatives with channel leadership.
• Define and communicate risks and change requests to minimize impact on success.
• Develop and maintain detailed program documentation (timelines, trackers).
• Create workflows, train teams, and manage tasks using project management software.
• Ensure client programs adhere to PMO templates and processes.
• Co-own and partner with client services for account success.
• Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous process improvement.
