Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Digital Project Manager to own and deliver client programs end-to-end. You will partner with client services and channel teams to set and achieve goals, while leveraging PMO practices to ensure consistency and quality across initiatives.

You will lead meetings, manage risks, train teams on workflows, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. A strong collaborator with excellent communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PM experience in an interactive agency on mid-to large-scale digital programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification within one year; training fees covered by employer.
• Strong Asana or similar task management software usage including workflow creation.
• Autonomous worker who can also collaborate in a team.
• Proficient documenting and tracking multiple tasks and outputs.
• Experience creating PM plans, change, and risk logs and status reports.
• Familiar with digital creative workflows, paid/earned media, analytics, and client management.
• Excellent communication and close collaboration with internal and client counterparts.
• Identify pain-points and drive process improvement throughout the lifecycle.
• Experience with third-party vendors and partner agencies.
• Leadership, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, prioritization, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PMO contact for program operations.
• Ensure operational efficiency of each program.
• Lead internal and client meetings; capture actions and recaps.
• Plan, monitor, and control digital initiatives end-to-end with channel leadership.
• Manage scope, risks, and change requests; minimize impact on success.
• Focus on task details, deadlines, and deliverable accuracy.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and trackers.
• Create workflows and train teams using PM tools.
• Ensure programs follow PMO templates and processes.
• Partner with client service for account success.
