Wpromote is seeking a Digital Project Manager I/II to own multiple client programs end-to-end. You will partner with client services and channel teams to deliver high-quality digital initiatives across paid, earned, and owned media, while maintaining PMO standards and processes.

This role requires strong multitasking, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to learn new tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency, managing mid-to large-scale digital programs with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• PMP Certification expected within one year of hire; company covers training fees.
• Strong Asana or similar task management software usage with workflow creation and team training.
• Experience working autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to document, track, and follow up on many simultaneous tasks.
• Experience creating project management plans, change/issue/risk logs, and status reports.
• Knowledge of digital creative workflows, paid/earned media, analytics, and client management.

Responsabilités

• Act as internal and external point-of-contact for program operations.
• Ensure operational efficiency of each program.
• Lead internal and client meetings, capture action items, and share recaps.
• Plan, manage, monitor, and control execution of digital initiatives with channel leadership.
• Define scope, risks, and change requests; minimize impact on success.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and trackers.
• Create workflows, train teams, and manage tasks and deliverables.
