Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in an interactive agency, managing large-scale digital programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Once eligible, PMP Certification is expected within one year of hire.
• Ability to autonomously lead project management for any program type.
• Skills to oversee, train, and mentor junior project managers.
• Advanced abilities in using Asana or similar task management software.
• Experience documenting, tracking, and following up on many simultaneous tasks.
• Strong understanding of workflows for digital creative, paid media, earned media, analytics, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal and external point-of-contact for program operations.
• Ensure operational efficiency of the program.
• Run internal and client-facing meetings, capturing action items and recaps.
• Plan, manage, monitor, and control execution of digital initiatives with channel leadership.
• Manage scope, risks, and change requests to minimize impact on success.
• Attend to task details, deadlines, and accuracy of deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed program documentation (timelines, trackers).
• Create workflows, train teams, and manage tasks & deliverables using PM software.
• Ensure programs adhere to PMO templates and processes.
• Co-own with client services for account success.
• Drive continuous process improvement for programs.
