Job summary

pofft Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to drive multi-program delivery in a remote U.S. environment.

You will own end-to-end programs, partner with client services, and collaborate with paid, earned & owned media, digital intelligence, and executive teams to ensure exceptional outcomes. You will manage multiple programs or enterprise-level work, setting and measuring goals, and owning process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP Certification within one year (training covered by the company).
• Ability to autonomously lead project management for any program type.
• Advanced abilities in using Asana.

Responsibilities

• Internal and external point-of-contact for program operations.
• Operationally responsible for program efficiency.
• Lead internal and client meetings; capture action items and recaps.
• Plan, manage, monitor and control the execution of digital initiatives end-to-end.
• Manage program scope, risks, and changes to minimize impact.
• Develop and maintain detailed program documentation such as timelines and trackers.
• Create workflows, train teams, and manage project tasks and deliverables.
• Ensure PMO templates and processes are followed across client programs.
• Co-owner of key PMO initiatives and account success with client services.
• Drive continuous process improvement for programs.
