Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital product management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, STEAM, or related field, or more than 2 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to financial products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more digital platforms and drive roadmaps.
• Define product strategies and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including vendors, UX/UI, engineers, and marketers.
• Lead a team of product analysts and UX designers where applicable.
• Build wireframes and user journey maps to communicate ideas.
• Lead agile product development: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases.
