Job summary

Gildan in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Senior Manager of Digital Product Development to define and execute digital product strategies across assigned businesses. You will lead a cross-functional team spanning design, IT and supply, driving tool selection, implementation, and lifecycle management for both in-house and sourced products.

You will collaborate with Technical Design to ensure accurate digital representations of fit and construction, while delivering cost savings and timelines through

Qualifications

• Textile/apparel product development and digital product leadership required.
• Deep product technical expertise in apparel/textiles.
• Strong knowledge of digital product tools and processes.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Experience working with global suppliers and cross-cultural teams.
• Strong negotiation, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic digital product development plan with GMs and IT to enable efficient processes.
• Direct the digital product development team responsible for tool selection and implementation.
• Drive tool usage across the product lifecycle for both internally developed and sourced products.
• Collaborate with Technical Design to ensure accurate digital representations of fit and construction.
• Own all decisions and reporting related to digital product tools and processes.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and tool adoption maximize financial benefits.
• Embed tasks into Workfront and align with project calendars.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for new digital product strategies and platforms.
• Advance tactics like virtual garment sampling and PLM implementations.
• Develop continuous improvement to standardize and improve accuracy.
• Monitor workload and allocate resources to meet priorities.
