Job summary

Gildan is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Product Development to define and drive digital product strategies for our apparel brands. You will lead cross-functional teams to select, evaluate, implement, and manage digital tools across PLM, design, marketing, and production to improve timelines, reduce samples, and cut costs.

This role requires deep textile know-how, strong leadership, and collaboration with GMs, category leads, and IT to deliver strategic initiatives such as virtual garment

Qualifications

• Textile / apparel product development experience and leadership in digital product development.
• Deep understanding of digital product tools and processes in apparel.
• Strong negotiation, planning, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with global supply partners and cross-cultural communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic digital product development plan with business leaders and IT.
• Lead the digital product team in selecting, evaluating, implementing and managing tools.
• Drive digital tool adoption across lifecycle from concept to finished product.
• Collaborate with Technical Design to ensure accurate digital representations.
• Own decisions and reporting related to digital product tools and processes.
• Ensure timelines and budgets are met; optimize use to maximize financial impact.
• Embed digital product tasks into Workfront and other calendars.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for non-seasonal digital product strategies.
