Job summary

Gildan is seeking a senior leader to manage total operating performance of Printwear Distribution Center. You will direct leadership, collaborate with Customer Service & Logistics, and ensure timely processing and shipments while driving standardized KPIs and cost discipline.

The role requires strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on leadership of a large hourly and salaried workforce in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or operations management preferred.
• 10–15 years in warehousing or distribution operations.
• Experience with WMS/WES, JDE/SAP, and labor management systems.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate data into action.
• Ability to distill complex concepts for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops budgets for facilities and manages performance against financial KPIs.
• Promotes a culture of customer service excellence and builds relationships with customers.
• Ensures safe and compliant operations across facilities per regulations (OSHA DOT).
• Communicates goals and coordinates HR practices with corporate policies.
• Leads strategies for acquisitions, integrations, and facility projects as needed.
• Evaluates and pilots automation/analytics technologies to stay ahead.
