Job summary

Gildan seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Product Development to define and drive digital product strategies across apparel businesses in Winston-Salem. You will lead a cross-functional team in selecting and implementing tools like Browzwear, Clo, Swatchbook, and Centric/PTC PLM to improve development efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant work experience OR Master's 8+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
• Textile / Apparel product development, technical design, and digital product development leadership experience is required.
• Demonstrated product technical expertise in apparel and textiles.
• A thorough understanding of digital product tools and processes is essential.
• Strong negotiating, planning, prioritization, and problem solving skills are needed to manage cross functional teams and projects.
• Experience with global supply partners and cross-cultural communication is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds a strategic digital product development plan with business leaders and IT to enable efficient processes and meet business objectives.
• Leads the digital product development team for selection, evaluation, implementation, and management of digital tools.
• Drives use of digital tools from concept to lifecycle for internal and sourced products.
• Collaborates with Technical Design to ensure accurate digital representations of fit and construction.
• Owns decisions and reporting related to digital product tools and processes.
