Responsibilities

• Provide briefs and frameworks giving clear product direction to development and design partners
• Manage calendar milestones from design brief to product launches
• Lead fast track projects with accurate information sharing across the organization
• Collaborate with manufacturing to reduce product-level process complexity
• Provide direction on fit sessions based on construction knowledge
• Support junior team development in partnership with Sr. Director
• Ensure target cost considerations are built into design and margins
• Analyze product line performance including add/drops, sell-in and sell-through
• Maintain style master data and product lifecycle governance
• Prepare sales/customer presentations for key accounts and stakeholders
