Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Configuration Manager to lead complex customization programs across the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery to release and enhancements. You will align business needs with configurable solutions that improve the member experience across ACC and related programs.

You'll collaborate with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Legal, govern content in Contentful, and drive automation and process improvements as customization volume grows. East Coast hours required.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in digital product or configuration management.
5+ years leading end-to-end feature analysis and digital customizations.
3+ years developing functional requirements, acceptance criteria, or governance materials.
2+ years authoring content in Contentful or similar CMS.
Ability to work East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and analysis for complex customization requests.
Manage work from intake through configuration, testing, release, and maintenance.
Translate business requirements into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
Configure and maintain Aetna Health member experience customizations.
Author, update, and govern content in Contentful and other CMS.
Coordinate with Implementation Managers and cross-functional partners.
