Job summary

Threespot is hiring for an Account Lead/Producer to drive growth on assigned nonprofit and cultural institution accounts. You will steer digital strategy, brand, website, and web-based application projects while leading cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.

You will cultivate durable client relationships, pitch expansion opportunities, and coordinate with designers, strategists, UX specialists, and developers to solve complex problems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role.
• Experience with CMS implementations and web development workflows (WordPress/Drupal).
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns growth on assigned accounts and identifies opportunities to expand work.
• Leads scoping, budgeting proposals, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Builds and manages project plans and budgets for website development projects and retainers.
• Delivers projects on time and on budget while balancing multiple accounts.
• Supports business development by contributing to scoping and estimations.
