Job summary

CYM Living seeks an experienced Website Development & SEO Manager to own daily website operations and internal listing engines. You will work with internal teams and external developers to rollout new features, audit navigation, and ensure fast, mobile-friendly performance.

You will develop and execute an end-to-end SEO strategy, monitor rankings and traffic, and report insights to marketing leadership. Strong analytics and collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in digital marketing with focus on website development, SEO and analytics.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms, HTML/CSS basics, GA, GSC, and GTM.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of company websites and internal listing engines.
• Partner with internal teams and external developers to scope, test, and launch features.
• Audit site structure, optimize navigation, and troubleshoot performance.
• Collaborate with IT to meet security, compliance, and usability standards.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy and monitor rankings.
• Monitor traffic metrics and report performance with actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and AI-driven tools to strengthen SEO.
• Develop website analytics dashboards and track campaign performance.
• Ensure data flows align with IT governance and reporting needs.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing/Leasing to align goals and ROI.
