Zymo Research is seeking aSenior Manager, Digital Marketing & Performance to lead strategy, performance, and optimization across our digital growth channels. You will own paid media strategy, SEO/AEO, tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive acquisition and revenue.

You will guide a team and a direct report while staying close to execution to ensure continuous improvement and strong performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience owning digital channel strategy and growth marketing.
• Deep hands-on Google Ads and paid search optimization.
• Experience managing budgets and ROI metrics (ROI, CPA, ROAS).
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy across Google Ads, paid social, YouTube, display, and retargeting.
• Lead SEO/AEO strategy with cross-functional partners and optimize product and landing pages.
• Develop insights, reporting, and optimization with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with analytics, CRM, web, and development to ensure accurate tracking.
