You will drive occupancy and qualified demand through SEO, paid media, and marketing automation, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and agencies to elevate brand performance.

The role focuses on optimizing website performance, executing data-driven strategies, and leveraging GA4, HubSpot, and CMS platforms to deliver measurable outcomes for communities and families

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive occupancy, leads and brand awareness.
• Manage website performance, SEO, local search, and user experience enhancements.
• Oversee paid media, marketing automation, and agency performance.
• Monitor analytics across GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM reporting; translate to actionable insights.
• Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing team and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and agencies.
