Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a Senior Website Manager to own day‑to‑day operations of the marketing website. You will manage publishing workflows, QA, and site health within a modern CMS, collaborating with the Web Strategy and Digital Marketing team to drive reliable, high‑quality pages.

You will lead page optimization experiments, monitor performance, and report results with clear recommendations. A strong analytical mindset, organization, and coding‑free page production experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web operations, digital production, or CMS management.
• Hands-on with a modern CMS (Storyblok, Contentful, Webflow) or similar.
• Experience setting up A/B or multivariate tests (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely).
• Comfort reading performance data in GA4.
• Strong QA instincts and attention to detail before publishing.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, SEO hygiene, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1).
• Clear communicator capable of coordinating with marketing, developers, and stakeholders.
• Experience in a B2B or education organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• CMS Operations & Page Production: build/publish pages via CMS without custom code.
• Page Optimization & Experimentation: run tests and report results to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: perform QA checks across browsers, mobility, and forms.
• Site Health & Performance Monitoring: track Core Web Vitals and redirects.
• Governance & Process: maintain publishing standards and onboarding docs.
