Popl Co is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our digital demand generation engine, including paid search, AI search, SEO, email marketing, and website performance, while building the attribution systems and executive reporting these channels currently lack.

This is a hands‑on senior role for someone who can run channels day-to-day, manage our digital advertising agency and channel contractors, and translate performance into clear, credible reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in digital marketing, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on paid search and SEO with external agencies and accountability for performance.
• Experience with AI SEO/AI search visibility tools and report-ready data.
• Ability to build reports/dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience building agent skills or automation workflows for reporting and content ops.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO & AI search visibility strategy and execution.
• Manage paid media strategy and agency performance.
• Drive email marketing, lead lifecycle, segmentation, and deliverability.
• Optimize website experience and on-page conversion.
• Oversee content strategy with Head of Content and contractors/AI agents.
• Build measurement, dashboards, and leadership-ready reporting.
