Genuine Search Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and automation across a diverse product portfolio in the United States. You will own digital marketing strategy, website optimization, SEO, and marketing tech, developing AI-powered workflows to scale content creation and streamline processes.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, KPI dashboards, and cross‑functional collaboration with product and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in consumer products, manufacturing, or multi-brand business
• Experience owning digital strategy, CMS platforms, SEO, and marketing automation
• Experience managing agency/vendor relationships and mentoring team members
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional communication skills

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute digital marketing and marketing operations strategy with budgets, roadmaps, and vendor management
• Oversee website performance, user experience, conversion optimization, SEO, and emerging AI search strategies
• Manage marketing technology platforms, integrations, and automation
• Develop AI-powered workflows to scale content creation and streamline marketing processes
• Build performance dashboards, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to leadership
• Improve marketing data infrastructure and the distribution of product content and sales materials
• Lead team workflows, document processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and output
