Job summary

Popl is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our digital demand generation engine, including paid search, AI search, SEO, email marketing, and website performance. You will build attribution systems and executive reporting to drive leadership decisions.

You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with the Head of Content on content strategy, managing agencies and contractors while steering day-to-day channels.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on in paid search, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Ability to build executive-level reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO & AI search visibility strategy and content direction.
• Manage paid media and agency performance, including budget and targets.
• Lead lifecycle email marketing, segmentation, deliverability, and performance analysis.
• Optimize website inbound conversion and on-page experience.
• Oversee content strategy with Head of Content and manage contractors/AI agents.
• Build measurement and attribution frameworks with dashboards for leadership.
• Directly manage agencies and channel contractors supporting these functions.
• Organize and manage budget allocation across channels.
