Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Growth Sites to own the End-to-End Inventory & Materials Management value stream across multiple sites, including Raleigh. The role focuses on coordinating plan, inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment, aligning IT, operations, and CI teams to scale a standardized operating model.

The position requires leading complex programs across Growth Sites, delivering KPI-driven outcomes with a unified roadmap and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future
