Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Digital and IT Senior Analyst to define business processes and align technical solutions with business strategy. You will enable, deploy, and support the Digital Selling Application Portfolio, including Salesforce Partner Relationship Management for Parker’s Distributor network, Rebates, Case, and Claims management.

You will lead complex projects, analyze systems, and communicate with stakeholders while mentoring team members and coordinating with 3rd party vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent).
• 5+ years IT experience with business applications.
• Cross-training to new technologies recommended.
• Sales and marketing application experience including CRM and content management.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex digital/IT project tasks delivering business results within deadlines.
• Performs system analysis and identifies gaps to improve technology or processes.
• Supports new technologies and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Develops relationships with business partners for future capabilities and enhancements.
• Maintains project expectations with 3rd party IT and service vendors.
• Provides mentoring and direction to team members; manages priorities.
