Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to lead design and evaluation of Salesforce solutions within Global Sales Operations. You will partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and Product to drive digital transformation and ensure scalable, compliant configurations.

The role emphasizes UAT validation, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable CRM improvements across CPQ, ERP, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of BA experience with Salesforce platform.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as design expert and platform evaluator for Salesforce ecosystem.
• Own UAT validation and governance to ensure business alignment with IT.
• Translate workflows into high-level designs and object models in Sales Cloud.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and architects to deliver scalable solutions.
• Oversee enterprise integrations with ERP, CPQ, Marketing Automation, and Data Warehouse.
