Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Digital and IT Senior Analyst to define business processes and align technical solutions to our digital selling strategy. You will enable, deploy, and support our Salesforce Partner Relationship Management portal for Parker's Distributor network, including Rebates, Case, Claims, Quoting and Pricing.

The role requires strong business/IT collaboration, global project delivery, and cross-functional leadership with a focus on CRM and marketing applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area.
• Business application experience, ideally with a Sales and Marketing focus.
• Core business and business systems experience with willingness to cross-train to new technologies.
• Sales and marketing application experience including CRM and content management.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM in general; Experience Cloud is preferred.
• Quoting/Pricing and/or Rebate management experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Proven analytical skills and the ability to explore resources to aid resolution.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex and global digital/IT project tasks delivering results on deadlines.
• Performs system analysis and identifies gaps; makes recommendations.
• Develops and implements new technologies/services with stakeholder reporting.
• Builds relationships with business partners for future capabilities.
• Communicates decisions and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Manages communications with 3rd party IT vendors and service partners.
• Mentors team members and balances multiple priorities and resources.
• Creates testing/training docs and user guides; conducts knowledge transfer.
• Encourages feedback to improve quality of solutions.
• Supports existing live locations' user base; after-hours support as needed.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
