Parker Hannifin is seeking a Digital and IT Senior Analyst to define business processes, align technical solutions with business strategy, and enable deployment and support of our Digital Selling Application Portfolio, including the Salesforce Partner Relationship Management portal for Parker's Distributor network. Rebate, Case, Claim, Quoting and Pricing are part of the focus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area.
Business applications experience with a Sales and Marketing focus.
CRM and content management experience.
Experience with Salesforce CRM; Experience Cloud preferred.
5+ years IT experience.

Responsibilities

Leads complex IT/digital project tasks delivering business results on deadlines.
Performs system analysis to identify gaps and recommends solutions.
Develops and implements new technologies/services with stakeholder updates.
Builds relationships with business partners for future capabilities.
Communicates decisions and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manages communications with 3rd party IT vendors.
Mentors team members and guides priorities.
Delivers multiple solutions while balancing resources.
Creates testing/training docs and user guides.
Supports live locations user base and after-hours help.
