Job summary

Zenith is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Investment to cultivate client, team and marketplace relationships and optimize digital investment allocation. The role reports to the Director/Vice President of Digital Investment and guides several Negotiators.

Responsibilities include driving strategy across digital channels, negotiating with partners, and overseeing campaigns from plan through post-analysis. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• 6+ years’ media agency experience.
• 2+ years management experience in digital investment.
• Experience buying and planning for digital.
• Strong digital background incl. DSPs, DMPs, Mobile, OLV, data and analytics.
• Knowledge of digital planning/activation tools (ComScore, PRISMA, DoubleClick).
• Experience with billing and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to foster cross-functional teamwork and client relationships.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic investment across digital, social, print, OOH, and emerging media.
• Leverage marketplace knowledge to secure high-value media opportunities.
• Direct and elevate recommendations from media partners to meet objectives.
• Lead vendor/partner evaluation and provide POVs.
• Attend client briefings and contribute to media strategies and budgets.
• Oversee media plan presentations and execution within budget and timing.
