Job summary

Zenith, a Publicis Groupe media agency with offices across the US, is seeking an Associate Director, Search & Social to lead a portfolio of client digital accounts and drive growth, retention, and client satisfaction.

You will partner with clients to address media strategy, defend spend across performance channels, and lead a team to deliver integrated campaigns, analytics, and impactful business results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing or advertising.
• 5+ years of online advertising experience across paid search, display, social, programmatic, mobile, video or affiliate, direct marketing, or e-commerce.
• 3+ years of interactive marketing or business consulting using data to drive targeting and marketing recommendations.
• Deep knowledge of ad serving platforms and online analytic solutions.
• 2-4 years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people.
• 2-4 years of digital marketing, search engine, display, programmatic, and/or social marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and monitors client P&L’s for assigned accounts.
• Implement well-rounded media planning.
• Collaborate with other department leads to share ideas and deliver new solutions for clients.
• Keeps senior management apprised of key client opportunities and risks.
• Develops and fosters account relationships with the aim of high retention.
• Leads performance and strategy presentations for clients.
