Job summary

Digitas is seeking an Associate Director, Cross Channel Investments, to lead investment across TV, digital, social, search, and more. You will liaise with investment, strategy, and analytics teams to exceed campaign KPIs and develop synergies across channels.

The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking, with the ability to manage a portfolio of clients and guide channel negotiations across partners. Reports to VP/VPGD, Investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent.
• Analytical background – comfort with data and numbers.
• 5+ years of people managing experience, overseeing five or more reports in an account management/team.
• Deep industry relationships with ad tech firms, brand teams, and publisher/platform partners.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to add incremental value and communicate it to clients.
• Strong communication and writing skills, poised, precise, and collaborative.
• Ability to package, merchandise, and sell in concepts and new opportunities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to see the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner relations and co-lead channel negotiations; oversee multiple channel specialists.
• Oversee relationships with key media partners (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.).
• Guide tactical planning, buying, and ensure alignment with media strategy.
• Coordinate with Data & Analytics for cross-channel performance and learning agendas.
• Develop cross-channel budget shift recommendations to maximize profitability and client goals.
• Manage total market spend, pacing, and cross-channel performance.
