Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience focused on digital growth, user acquisition, or monetization.
• Proven success in leading and launching large-scale digital products with notable growth.
• Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and user research methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through digital product strategies and growth.

Responsibilities

• Define the key metrics and KPIs for digital growth.
• Own the long-term vision and strategy for the digital growth product area.
• Lead high-impact initiatives from conception through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Mentor and develop other product managers and promote best practices.
• Champion a culture of data-informed decision-making across the organization.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior leadership.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies.
