Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital platforms supporting Legal, Corporate Affairs, Real Estate, and Sustainability.

You will bridge MVH global functions with Delivery teams, champion agile adoption, and drive AI/ML pilots within business workflows. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product management, strong technical leadership, and domain knowledge in legal processes and SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, or a related field.
• 8+ years in product management or digital systems analysis, with a focus on enterprise/legal workflows.
• Proven experience supervising or leading Technical Product Managers or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle and strategic vision for MVH digital platforms.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Legal, Corporate Affairs, and DT delivery teams.
• Drive build-vs-buy evaluations and modern, agile operations for workflows.
• Manage and prioritize agile backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with TPMs and engineering squads to plan sprints and releases.
• Oversee UAT, data flows, integrations, and reporting routines.
