Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Sr. Product Manager – Support Functions to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital platforms across Legal, Corporate Affairs, and other global functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management or digital systems analysis, with a focus on Enterprise Legal Management, CLM, compliance tech, or workflow-heavy operations.
• Proven experience mentoring and leading Technical Product Managers or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Establish a multi-year technology vision and product roadmap for Legal, Corporate Affairs, and other global functions.
• Lead build-vs-buy evaluations and adoption of modern, agile operations.
• Manage and prioritize the agile product backlog with TPMs and engineering squads.
• Drive rigorous UAT and validate data flows, system integrations and reporting.
• Mentor two Technical Product Managers and oversee team workloads and architecture alignment.
• Identify AI/ML pilots and ensure AI solutions are explainable and auditable.
