• 4+ years of experience in a technical program or project management role.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar project management software.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Platform strategy and roadmap development across MVH product portfolio.
• Synthesize stakeholder requirements into reusable platform capabilities.
• Drive adoption and provide documentation, APIs, onboarding resources.
• Guide engineering teams to scope, plan, and deliver in agile environments.
• Define platform KPIs, monitor system health and value.
• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory alignment.
