Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health seeks a Sr. Director to partner with the CDIO and Head of Transformation to evolve strategy, governance, and performance across MVH’s digital and data portfolio. You will drive alignment between business outcomes, technology investment, and platform/product development.

You will lead portfolio governance, budget ownership, and transformation management while coordinating with Mars Petcare entities and strategic partners across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in digital strategy, governance, or portfolio management in a multi-brand environment.
• 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive business cases and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve MVH’s group-wide digital and data strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end portfolio governance, demand intake, prioritization, and decision-making across digital/data investments.
• Lead transformation programs and align strategy with clinical, operational, and commercial goals across MVH.
• Manage budgets, governance, vendor relationships, and cross-entity collaboration.
