Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Technical Product Manager to design, scale, and drive the core platform roadmap powering MVH’s portfolio of products. You’ll bridge business, product teams, and engineering to create reusable APIs and workflows, enabling rapid, secure growth across customer-facing applications.

You will lead platform strategy, governance, and adoption while ensuring alignment with security, privacy, and regulatory standards, ultimately delivering measurable platform value.

Qualifications

• Develop platform roadmaps and release plans across product portfolio.
• Synthesize stakeholder requirements into reusable platform capabilities.
• Create high-quality docs, APIs, onboarding resources, and developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify Mars Five Principles within self and team.
• Establish product roadmaps and lifecycle management for platform capabilities.
• Drive internal platform adoption and evangelism with strong documentation and onboarding.
• Guide engineering teams to scope, plan, and deliver in agile environments.
• Make wise build/buy/partner decisions for platform solutions.
• Define KPIs and usage metrics to monitor platform health and value.
