Job summary

RTX’s Advanced Effector Guidance Systems (AEGS) team seeks an Electrical Subsystems Digital Principal Engineer to lead digital design activities for development guidance systems. You will drive architecture, requirements, integration, and testing across a multi-disciplinary hardware design group.

The role requires a STEM bachelor’s with 8+ years of experience, active DoD Secret clearance, and occasional travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in digital sub-systems and system engineering processes.
• Active and transferable Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support digital design efforts for development guidance systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements, testing, and integration.
• Mentor team members and engage with customers and suppliers.
