RTX's Advanced Effector Guidance Systems (AEGS) Department in Tucson seeks an Electrical Subsystems Digital Senior Principal Engineer to lead a multi-disciplinary design and integration team. You will drive digital subsystem architecture, guide trade studies, and oversee early development lifecycle with cost, schedule, and technical oversight.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in digital sub-systems, systems engineering, requirement development, and design for DoD-like environments.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital design efforts for development guidance systems.
• Architectural development of the guidance subsystem through trade studies and requirements decomposition.
• Accountable for program execution including cost, schedule, and technical oversight.
