Job summary

Trane Supply is seeking a hands-on Digital Area Service Manager to lead digital services, repairs, upgrades, and service agreements across the Upper Midwest. You will drive P&L, coordinate field work, and partner with sales to meet customer needs while ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BAS or building automation, 3+ years of team leadership, and strong project management. Expect field travel and collaboration with sales, engineering, and service teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in building automation and BAS projects or related field.
3+ years managing and coaching teams.
Demonstrated project management for startups, requests, and installables.
Proficient with Microsoft applications; Salesforce is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with clean record in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

Own P&L performance and revenue forecasting.
Control budgets and overhead for fleet, uniforms, tools, and safety gear.
Mitigate risk across service agreements and repairs.
Lead service coordination and resource planning across the district.
Attract, coach, and retain digital service talent through training and development.
Ensure margin and cash flow via invoicing and cost control.
Champion EHS compliance and safe work practices.
Travel to customer sites as needed.
