Job summary

Trane Technologies in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Digital Services Area Services Manager. You will lead and drive profitable growth and market adoption of Connected Services into the BAS service operations in the TXGC region.

You will support field sales, management, and fulfillment teams to implement strategic growth initiatives and ensure best-in-class customer value. Report to the TXGC- Connected Services Leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HVAC or a related field.
• 3+ years experience managing and coaching large teams.
• Project management skills to oversee and drive successful project execution.
• Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft applications.
• Salesforce and Worksight experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility, provide monthly revenue forecasting and growth of BAS service base.
• Budget control over overhead items and safety equipment.
• Risk mitigation in service agreements and turnkey work.
• Oversee BAS service coordination, training, and resource balancing across the region.
• Develop employee skills including customer service and process/technical capabilities.
• Ensure margin expectations are met during sales and fulfillment activities.
• Maximize cash flow by timely invoicing and efficient use of service staff.
• Ensure standard service work processes are created and followed.
• Improve customer experience and overall satisfaction.
• Ensure EH&S compliance within the service team.
• Provide training to all employees for a safe, productive work environment.
