Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Digital Area Service Manager in the Upper Midwest to lead all digital services, repairs, upgrades, and service agreements. You will partner with sales to price parts and drive customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC BAS or similar, 3+ years leading teams, and strong project-management skills. Travel to customer sites is expected; you will coach technicians and coordinate field execution to deliver

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HVAC BAS controls or related field.
3+ years of experience managing and coaching teams.
Project management to plan, coordinate, and drive startups, requests, and service deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own P&L performance with monthly revenue forecasting and growth of digital service agreements.
Manage budgets and overhead including fleet, tools, and safety equipment.
Lead field service coordination for repairs, upgrades, installations, and service turnkey work.
Recruit, coach, and develop digital service personnel to ensure high performance.
