• Lead cross-functional Digital Banking Transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage scope, timelines, financials, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery activities across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, QA and Business stakeholders.
