Western Alliance Bank is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-impact IT programs for a nationwide banking client base. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, while ensuring on-time, on-budget results and adherence to SDLC standards.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in IT program management, strong banking/financial services background, and proven ability to drive digital transformation through Agile

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in Project Management or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree required; Masters or MBA preferred.
• PMO and governance experience with proven delivery of large projects.
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex IT programs and projects, aligning to strategic goals.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, SDLC/PMLC adherence, budgets, and risks.
• Develop program views, plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and mentor junior managers.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives with engineering teams.
