Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Core Banking digital transformation programs, with emphasis on Liabilities products and end-to-end lifecycle delivery. The role requires managing multi-functional, geographically distributed teams and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes.

You will guide governance, risk mitigation, and architectural alignment, while delivering customer-focused, high-value solutions within regulatory-compliant frameworks.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall professional experience in core banking development, consulting or implementations.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in core banking transformation programs, in similar role or capacity.
• Excellent stakeholder management, business writing, communication skills and ability to influence and negotiate at senior leadership levels.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, JIRA and strong knowledge of DevOps principles.
• Knowledge regarding Finacle core banking solution and banking ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of complex Core Banking Digital Transformation engagements from planning to closure.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders to align objectives with deliverables and manage scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Establish governance frameworks, monitor milestones, identify risks, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Mentor Infosys teams across architecture, development, testing, migration to ensure high-quality service.
• Consult with clients on roadmaps, deployment architecture, and process design; translate objectives into technical specs for delivery teams.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Provide expert guidance to teams with deep domain knowledge of retail banking liabilities products and integration projects.
