Job summary

Jostens is seeking a senior analytics practitioner to translate digital, marketing, and customer data into actionable insights. You will partner with Marketing Analytics and support Digital Analytics, shaping analyses across channels, journeys, and conversions.

You will build dashboards, identify trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership while collaborating with marketing and product teams in a hybrid on-site model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into analytical questions.
• Proficiency with dashboards tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• GA4 and GTM experience required; SQL experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical products with visibility into digital KPIs.
• Identify trends, performance drivers, opportunities, and anomalies.
• Improve reporting and analytics based on stakeholder needs and priorities.
• Conduct channel-specific analysis to evaluate effectiveness and trends.
• Support campaign measurement by analyzing traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Configure and analyze data within GA4 and GTM.
• Identify tracking gaps with web measurement team.
• Analyze customer journeys across digital properties to find friction and conversion opportunities.
• Develop funnel analyses to understand progression and conversion across digital experiences.
• Present findings to stakeholders in clear, visual ways.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to implement data-driven solutions.
