Job summary

Gray Media, a leading local media group in Shreveport, seeks an experienced digital advertising salesperson to lead outbound sales efforts across OTT/CTV, display/video, SEM, and paid social. You will own the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and drive multi-product campaigns with strong performance metrics.

Ideal candidates are quota-driven, data-savvy, and able to translate campaign success into business outcomes.

Qualifications

Seasoned digital advertising seller or digital agency executive with outbound focus.
Experience selling SEM, paid social, programmatic/OTT/CTV, display/video, or SEO solutions.
Strong communicator who translates marketing performance data into a business case.
Highly organized with CRM discipline and forecast accuracy.
Digital agency executives encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.
Build a qualified outbound pipeline and strategic account plans.
Sell integrated digital advertising solutions (OTT/CTV, display/video, SEM, paid social, SEO).
Collaborate with internal teams to scope, launch, and optimize campaigns.
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
