Job summary

Gray Media in Baton Rouge is seeking a seasoned digital advertising salesperson to drive outbound new business. The role targets a $600k annual quota with a base plus commission, based in Baton Rouge and capable of selling globally.

You will sell OTT/CTV, display/video, YouTube, paid social, retargeting, and SEO, while coordinating with digital strategists, ad ops, and analytics to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Seasoned digital advertising seller with outbound focus.
• Proven track record of new business development and meeting/exceeding quota.
• Experience selling OTT/CTV, display/video, paid social, and SEO solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an outbound prospecting plan to generate net-new revenue.
• Conduct discovery to align business goals with ad solutions.
• Sell integrated digital advertising packages across OTT/CTV, display, YouTube, and search.
• Develop multi-product proposals tied to real business outcomes (ROAS, CAC/LTV).
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope, launch, and optimize campaigns.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and expand accounts through renewals.
