Job summary

WNEM-TV/Gray Media is seeking a high-energy Media Executive with a digital-first mindset to grow our local advertising revenue across OTT/Streaming and digital platforms. The candidate should excel at presenting, negotiating, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least two years of media sales experience, with strong skills in prospecting, strategy, and budget

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in sales, preferably in media
• Strong proposal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of local market and advertising products

Responsibilities

• Increase market share for digital products (OTT/Streaming, targeted email, display & video, paid social, YouTube, SEM/SEO)
• Collaborate with clients on strategic planning to achieve advertising objectives
• Grow revenue and exceed goals
• Establish relationships with the local business community
• Make sales calls on existing and prospective clients
• Maintain and develop accounts and deliver sales presentations
